Collaboratively we work together to create a plan with your goals in mind. The aim is to establish a mutual and honest understanding of the causes of distress and/or the areas of growth needed, and clarity over the action and support necessary for significant change to occur.
What problem do I solve for my client?
We work collaboratively together to discover the underlying issues that have led to unwanted behaviors, choices, and actions.
What credibility do I have in solving these problems?
I’ve been in recovery since May 2006, have been married, divorced, have been through phases of life changes. I am trained in several psychotherapeutic modalities, and use this palate to carefully individualize care. My general theoretical orientation is a combination or Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as EMDR Therapy.
What does my client need to have to succeed?
Willingness for connection, an open mind, and support.
My focus is on connection and efficiency. I want my clients time with me to be meaningful and well spent. I am trained in several psychotherapeutic modalities, and use this to carefully individualize care.
